The President of Georgia awarded Doctor of Judicial Sciences at the Tbilisi State University, Levan Alexidze with the Victory Order of Saint George. Mikheil Saakashvili drew attention to his merit and contribution in the pedagogical and scientific spheres.

“I want to tell you that we all have a reason to be proud of Mr. Levan Alexidze. Mr. Levan always was, and is, one of the most famous specialists of international law around the world. The moral side of his work on the international arena to protect Georgia is extremely important now – at a time when a war is going on for Georgia’s sovereignty. This is an affair of historic importance for future generations.” – stated the President of Georgia.

The Head of State awarded Levan Alexidze while meeting with students at the University.
